Share Capital
The Company's shares are traded on the Alternative Investment Market of the London Stock Exchange ("AIM") as well as the PLUS Markets in London. Whilst these shares are traded, they are not listed shares as they are not admitted to the official list of any stock exchange and there are no other listings. All shares are freely tradable. The Company holds no shares in treasury and there are no restrictions on the transfer of shares.
